Cockatoo Coal Limited is a rapidly growing Australian metallurgical and thermal coal producer. ASX-listed in 2005, we are expanding production and are on our way to becoming one of our country’s mid-tier independent coal companies, suited to servicing the ongoing growth in global demand for coal. We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our NSW team in the Newcastle office.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – NSW Project Development, this role will be responsible for all contractual matters across NSW including contract establishment, negotiation, review and enforcement along with undertaking and managing the NSW Government compliance and arbitration processes.
