To help those out there with research I have the following numbers for a 1 MTPA muriate of potash operation at Ohmgebirge:
Capex cicrca Euro 500 million ;
Operating costs Euro120 a tonne;
Revenue say Euro350 a tonne;
This gives a payback of 2.5 years.I would give it a conservative intrinsic value of 3 times the margin which is Euro 690 million or more than $2 a share.Hope this helps.DYOR
