Here is Cenkos cost drivers which have spat out the NPV often quoted on these threads.
Using the average of CAPEX... when 40% of normal CAPEX costs are already built in due to existing infrastructure..
And using the average OPEX... when they are expected to be bottom quartile as above Gilchrist quote...
These NPV from Cenkos could be massively understated
