The MDs attitude isn't rare in its sentiment, but it is certainly rare in its application, I'll explain:

Many directors spout to be aligned with shareholders but get freebies indirectly or only participate in Soph only CRs at major discount with attached free options.

But to buy on market at 9-10c, take the salary cut, knowing how grossly undervalued SHP is and only wanting to get paid if shareholders get paid is a great attitude to have, I have to agree.

It also speaks true to his ESG approach - how him and the ESG team in Germany is working with the community every step of the way is amazing, ensuring it's almost a community project, environment first, but not for sheer capitalist sentiment/veneer, but for genuinely wanting this to work for all stakeholders.

Great to be apart of this. Can see why the registry is packed of smart instos already even at the MC, tight hands.
