    Perhaps the first cost reduction should be the ED's salary and bonus package.

    Salary $461,025. Bonus $125k.(?)

    Surely the going rate for the top job of a non producing oiler, is well short of this individuals pay package.
    Circa $200K is more in line with the going rate.
