i dont hate shorts sellers either, in fact alot of the companies I buy (target) are highly shorted (and in my opinion) overly so

im rarely in on the run up but once they hit >10% short i do investigate long positions / taking the alternate view. hence my above post.

my above post does show the recent decrease in shorters with increase in SP in contrast with the rest of the chart.

when your the fourth largest shorted stock on the ASX unfortunately it is a factor you need to be watching (IMO). shorters can and do irrationally keep selling just as buyers irrationally can keep buying (at the tops)
