I don't think this is correct at all, the launch for the diamonds was fully insured and so will the launches for the pearls. Sure, we would see a drop as it would be a set back. But gomspace wouldn't stop making satellites (meir said this) so will have a next batch ready ASAP paid for by the underwriters. Even if this worst case scenario happened we would be back on track eventually and the share price would go up.
