the CEO is the spokesperson and the face of the company..... all you need in a CEO is the gift of the **! the stuff youre talking about in terms of lithium production etc and strategies he'd have advisors and other board members with technical expertise in that area! you cant expect the President of the US to know battlefield strategy and tactics etc he defers to his generals, on financial matters again he takes advice..... the CEO just needs a vision on where to take the company and i think graves has that .... the market will catch up! arcadium a million times better than livent on its own!
