IMO, we don't have the right CEO running the joint.
P Graves is an ex banker not a industrial entrepreneur or someone with operating background.
The bankers, like portfolio managers are good at identifying or have good judgement (based on xyz) who or which companies are good or have potential -- where they dish out loans or invest in them to make money.
They, generally do not have the skillset or mindset to create wealth themself, they are simply good pickers & rely on others to make money for them.
