to vote no
on most resolutions
il vote on exchange deal
i reckon thats about it
cape got in at 7 cents
why dont the directors buy some shares in gsz
exchange when they were on the board they all bought..
shares in gsz....and until now they still are prepare to take on more shares as part of the debt owing to them...
