I have tried to ascertain when the matter may be heard in the courts via the wa Supreme Court website - but no luck yet. COVID will have caused inordinate delays.
AB has had good success in the courts historically and must have good counsel. As has been shown in previous posts here.
Perhaps the corrupt nature in which NST have managed the EKJV will be brought to light and a historical judgement would be widely broadcast in the media.
However the inequities will have to be resolved practically and this will likely ultimately take the form of one or more of the following:
a) dissolution of the JV.
b) an independent operator
c) a takeover
d) dual workforce & milling
it seems that NST can only ever be well matched by an equivalent size corporate like EVN who are equally compelled to this golden prize.
