    final finance -MAYBE- postponed (no kidding)

    until when 2013,2014,2015?

    this financial market instability is going to take a while yet to sort, while the rest of the statement is a good idea, when do we put our hands in our pockets again?

    IMO and not advice:
    is 7 cents now an upper level target for sometime down the track before we see any positive upside, even a big tick from the ITE, no money is no money!
