Who knows. But I think some of the recent price rise (on lowish volume though) has probably come from profit takers selling out of SSN and looking for the next oil/gas trade and not wanting to miss out on a quick run on FAR. The recent volume isn't enough to suggest an imminent JV announcement (not that we haven't been waiting an eternity). Remember the last significant announcement late in 2009 regarding the license extension was preceded by a significant rise in volume - FAR has been a "leaky ship" to date. The last few spikes in price have been no more than that and low volume. So, the price will probably drift back over the next several days, but I could be wrong!
