Ah something we can agree upon! Just went back in December. We have stayed at the HHV about half a dozen times and always throughly enjoy it there. It is the perfect balance between luxury and value. We particularly enjoy the animals and the spaciousness of the property itself. Also, it is a bit quieter on that end of Waikiki. Also, a very good area to walk around with some nice parks and grounds to see. Always feel like "Kama Aina" when we stay there. It's like "coming home". As for MBN GLTA. Having waited this long, something may yet come out of it. Too bad it did not for me.
