ozgoldtrader, i would not be so certain about the hole.
If i were you i would be checking lets say a dozen recaps before they hit the market.
95 % listed as a completely different capital structure, eg consolidations after big raisings. The lower the priced stock this happens more frequently.
Oh and no i am not interested in buying at all, i am purely a chartist who takes interest in recaps.
Clearly many here have not been through a low priced penny recap in the past.
I am just saying what i have seen, MBN may well be diifferent, but to not take any notice of brown holes is sticking ones head in them
