My dear Amex, MM, H and all the others who are reading my rubbish. Let me tell you first there will never be a delist offer. From ASX to Nasdaq this is not needed and will not happen. Just like one day on the 27th. you will notice that tzl's stockprice went up five times (one for five), the same day for some unexplainable reason there is big buying on the board. Reason? Hopefully TZL has announced a take-over announcement or not. If not we will all hear the quick way to Nasdaq listing and what it entails. Its not a penny stock anymore plus as we all hope for tzl has changed from a tiny small cap into a medium cap. We will also hear what this means in terms of future earnings. Remember revenue expectations 2008/9/10/11/12 Lets hope that next GM it will be explained where this will come from.
