A bit cryptic kpool but I take it you are suggesting on the basis of something you have heard that TZ is likely to acquire a NASDAQ listed company?? If that's the case it rather blows out of the water Amex's suggestions of a delist offer by CS around the US$5 mark (post consolidation) and brings into question why anyone would be capping the shareprice .. TZ would want the shareprice to be as high as possible to back such an acquisition wouldn't it? Why do you say that there will be no delist offer? Isn't TZ moving to NASDAQ and leaving the ASX? You have raised a lot of questions mate!!
What do you expect we might hear before next Monday's GM?
