    I agree its hard to know what to believe .. and IMHO its a bit poor that we have to be guessing!

    Perhaps kpool could explain why TZ is asking us to "approve a 5:1 consolidation to facilitate the NASDAQ listing" if there will be no delist and entry to NASDAQ will be by a backdoor acquisition???
