Okay - 7 days have elapsed so the shares will be placed and we have an EGM on the 31/08 for the approval of Gryphons and valient's shares. We can expect an announcement of a gold acquisition any day now and I strongly recommend this share due to the obvious value adding that will ocurr and the first class management that has appeared on the register.
