Here is a copy of the follow up letter sent to the CDC, FDA and the Whitehouse......
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    September 4, 2021
    HHS - Xavier Becerra
CDC - Rochelle Walensky, Daniel Jernigan, Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
FDA - Janet Woodcock, Peter Marks, Paul Richards
NIH – Anthony Fauci, Alex Togias
We are a large and ever-growing group of Americans who have suffered severe and ongoing
neurological adverse reactions to the COVID vaccines. We believed in the science behind the
vaccine and in the messaging that your agencies continue to promote claiming that these
vaccines are necessary and safe. Never did we dream that our regulatory agencies would fail us
when we suffered an adverse reaction to these vaccines. Because of your failure to promptly
investigate our reactions and educate the medical community, our search for much-needed
medical care has been overwhelmingly fruitless.
We are writing, once again, to ask for help; acknowledgement that these reactions exist. Doctors
tell us repeatedly that if neurological reactions were occurring, the medical community would be
promptly notified by the CDC and FDA. Public disclosure of these reactions will allow the medical
community to provide appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans. Only then can we start to
    heal.
From our sick beds, our efforts to inform you began as early as December 2020 via VAERS,
VSAFE, MedWatch, phone calls, letters, and emails. After months of failed individual attempts to
receive any substantive response from your agencies, we unified and wrote a group signed letter
to the CDC, FDA and the White House dated May 24, 2021. In this letter we described who we
are, the nature of our reactions, our plight, and our complete inability to receive medical care
because our physicians had not been properly informed of the full scope of possible adverse
    reactions to the vaccines.
Our letter was a plea for help, begging for you to hear us; to believe us. We were asking for you
to pave the way for the medical community to become aware of these reactions. Now, months
later, every single word drafted in our original letter is just as relevant today as it was then.
Nothing has changed for us except that our numbers keep growing. We remain without medical
care, unable to heal, unable to gain any traction with medical teams, researchers, or state and
    county health departments.
Due to delay on your part, sadly, many have suffered further deterioration of both their physical
and mental health related to delayed and/or grossly mismanaged medical care. The medical
community remains unaware of the knowledge you have possessed since December 2020.
Because this is not recognized, we are unable to file for very necessary medical exemptions and
disability. Even filing claims with the CICP has been halted because this is not an acknowledged
    adverse reaction.
You and your agency have been made fully aware that a group of vaccine-injured individuals
have enrolled and participated in research being conducted at the NIH. We know from multiple
phone conversations, emails, and a Zoom meeting with a group of our vaccine-injured physicians
that you are also fully aware that our efforts to obtain help through a plethora of medical
resources has reached a dead-end. You have the data. You have the research. You have
acknowledged this to us (privately), and to others. Yet nothing has been said or done publicly.
Until you acknowledge us, we simply do not exist.
The experts at the NIH have stated that they believe these reactions are treatable and that early
intervention is key to reducing the severity and duration of these disabling reactions. Given that
these adverse reactions are being denied recognition, it is impossible for those who are injured
to receive any early intervention and, therefore people remain hopelessly injured.
Acknowledgement from the CDC and the FDA would serve as the trigger to treat.
We did our part to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities. We understand that we
are in the minority of vaccinated individuals, but that is no excuse not to help us. Other drugs,
vaccines, and medical devices cause harm to small minorities, yet these minorities are readily
identified and receive treatment as appropriate. The COVID vaccines should not be an exception
to this as your agencies are legally obligated to help victims such as us.
After suffering for months, our lives remain altered. We need you to do your duty and fulfill your
responsibility to ensure thorough review and evaluation of these vaccines, including known
adverse reactions. Until the FDA and CDC publicly recognize these adverse neurological injuries
to the COVID vaccines, we are at a complete standstill. We will remain sick, marginalized, and
    abandoned.

    Sincerely,
[Signatures redacted – Group signed copy sent to the CDC and FDA]
