Very biased. I thought this part stood out as the saddest loss for the country.
"Equality was promoted, the farmers, workers, and soldiers were treated equally. In the eyes of the state, everyone was equal irrespective of its nature of job, profession, social status or qualification."
Now the country is run by a wealthy elite who own and control everything.
The poor are so disenfranchised that it's become common for knife attacks to occur on young school children as the only way to hurt those wealthy classes who depend on those children to provide for their old age. All suppressed of course as 'negative' news is discouraged.
Mao would be horrified to see the return to Imperial China. How dare they call it communist.
