    So there is the $7... no value in buying sgb now, but the more wbc declines the more value in that stock

    Now lets see what the other banks have to say about it

    Im sure at least 1 bank will try block this(or 2 in tandem) to make it difficult for the merger to happen

    Could force WBC to increase the offer
