Sorry mate if you can't see the individual orders then your 8x the size of the buy orders is as I indicated, "skewed" and false.
Using an average as you have done, is simply a false indicator.
I am not even going to hazard a guess why anyone would sell that rather large single parcel. Anyone here could guess, but that is all it would be.
