Remember why FCW left in the first place.
Will be a TO several parties will be circling now they can see a good deal at these prices will most likely be at 78c-$1 imo.
People need to read the Ann it's debt and equity transactions people have just jumped the gun here saying it's a debt and equity swap.
Debt and equity transactions could mean anything.
It's all speculation at this point anyhow will have to wait until the next announcement from the company.
