My question is - how much would you pay in a capitalization scenario for just under 15% of the company?

Anything over that would need holders approval and even participation in a rights issue.


Given the same criteria and a potential 57M shares - would you raise;

$0.30 - $16.5M

$0.60 - $33M

$0.90 - $50M

Lots of talk about the July put - of $34M.
