I would have expected it around March/April but as it is a government stuff up and not a company one then who knows. The last announcement said they expected no further delays with this part of the project so I'm hoping we'll get the approval followed by a BFS and funding announcement shortly afterwards.

Of course given the news over the weekend that the U.S. literally cannot EVER pay back the trillions it owes and Geithner coming out saying there's NO WAY America will lose it's credit rating, Armageddon could be just around the corner. ;)
