Their was a 1.5 million buyer on the close at 63 cents that did not get taken out in the auction. Would have been a good opportunity for Vanguard or whoever to dump into but they didn't so maybe that was the last of the dumping today. Or of course that was Vanguard with the 1.5 mil prop. Anyway, someone was buying all day at 63 cents anything that came up. All good signs imo.
