we certainly do need a genuine opposition - but, the reality is that we needed that a long time ago


Both the current government AND the opposition are doing Australia no good at all

the government is hampered by the conservative nature of Ozzies - they can't do a lot

but, the opposition has decided to make noises which are fairly hefty - and that's ok

but, it's the wrong noises - pointless, impossible noises ---------- if they are going to come out with things and say ----------- 'it's going to be a big bill' ------

that's great --------- BUT come out with what Oz REALLY needs ------- power is a need, yes -

but there is so so so much above that on the priority list for a nation that's kicked the can down the road for decades -

housing
education
health

if Duddo wants to make a splash at things Oz has a 'chance' at doing - have a real go at education for a start ------ then, come up with some actual thinking on housing and health

to come out with a big noise about nookes - yeah, it's like a Harley --------

big noise, little else

Education is not impossible - it merely requires willpower
Housing is more difficult - it requires willpower and some thinking
