    however there are a lot of alternative energy storage tech. one such, solid carbon blocks, are able to store energy as heat up to 1,500 deg C. Solar Thermal can also produce very high temperatures as heat energy.

    science and engineering are coming up with solutions to low emissions energy needs for industry.
