they have two weeks left to finish the 'review'. if they dishonour the representations about capital return that most investors relied on when buying this stock they expose themselves to legal claims for damages. they have no choice imo, they must declare a dividend over at least $10 million of the shareholder funds they are currently sitting on. when this div is declared sp should go back near 14c.
