I have stopped trying to understand why this has reached such dizzy heights. As a buyer in 2012 at very low values I am obviously pleased to see that David Dicker is being rewarded along with his shareholders. His management style would confound most of the more traditional CEOs but it plainly works and runs a stable company with little staff churn. Some holders may not know but David Dicker is only rewarded in the same way as shareholders - he does not draw a salary - he only receives his share of dividend on his holdings. He might have a huge shareholding but he could not align his interests with shareholders any more than this! Thank you David and staff is all I can say.
