I had read previously that the ex CEO was claiming $250m in options or shares that he says he should have been paid.
Unless i dreamt it I take it that is the reason the SP has been smashed from $11 only a few weeks ago.
Anyone know how this court case is going and when it is likely to be resolved as I can't find any current find any info.?
