Did the MZN BoD’s forget to tell past and present shareholders that they had an agreement to purchase the Lithium rights for in excess of seven months. Was it material? Yes and Yes again.

What ever happened to continuous disclosure rules?

BoD changes are forthcoming, IMO. Nearology was the play and the MZN drill bit did the yapping also – 50% down. Yak yAk yaK!
