It'll be interesting to see the half year results on Friday.

Will it bring renewed interest in SHV or will it result in a sell off?

Positive:

Almond price is in a sweet spot and rising and I expect they will lift the dividend.

Negative:

Last year the oldest orchards were removed so crop size won't increase from 2013 however it will be worse given the rain about the middle of this month with more rain forecast for the harvest period reducing yields.

Will reduced yields be offset by rising almond prices and the drop in the $A?
