It's clear a number of other companies reviewed Dargues and all walked away after realising the issues.
Interesting that the Aurelia team didn't see the same fatal flaws and then subsequently overpaid for the asset.
It does wreak of incompetence or inflated egos about the management's ability to sort out the issues at Dargues.
Maybe it's more about the poor advice they received to do the deal, either way, it's a mess and Aurelia are paying for it.
