ive been thinking about it. possibly a lot of the $500 one off grants to pensioners anf health card owners may draw some funds by atm`s.
then there`s the extra cash available to wage earners via less paye deductions, some of that may be withdrawn out of atm machines.
so one would think all atm compamy owners may get a little kick out of the budget.
i know i pulled $100 out of a non bank atm in a small pub in narooma recently and the transaction cost me about $4 in excess charges by the time it got to my nab account.
