70% increase ownership in IM3NY.pros vs cons

With now 70% ownership in IM3NY I believe it is critical that Magnis has weekly or fortnightly updates on all operations including activity reports, and a much better communication with the on going’s and spending results and progress reports,
as a share holder I feel this would be a huge and very logical request.

we must remember that perhaps we are now more inclined to have to provide capital/funds to IM3NY to get things progressing towards revenue self sufficiency. Which also ties us to IM3NY debts as well. Of IM3NY can not get any additional funding/capital then are we forced to get it considering our 70% holding. We get the upside on positive outcomes but we must be aware of the added risks also with such a large holding

the added skin in the game by Frank and hoshi is a good sign but I’d like Magnis to be fully informed on every level and passing this on to news for shareholders
