one would hope this is the case while still on the other hand why would c4v give up 7% for 18m. Bringing c4vs ownership down to 30% but at the same time signalling they needed the coin and we’re unable to
secure elsewhere or had a preference for us to own as opposed to others possibly.

and at the same time would this be decreasing there obligations to current loans to IM3NY simultaneously
