experience is often overrated - that's often true and I guess it depends on the role, but Biden has proven the President of America does not need to be mentally "all there" if he has a team around him. Now, if the guy is "all there", he can be powerful and do things, but if not he is just the embodiment of the establishment.....the human face of Sauron in Biden's case. BTW, Trump is dangerous? Just how many wars did he start mate? He made America a net energy exporter, reduced black unemployment to record lows, put thousands of dollars more each year into middle class pockets, made the military much stronger and made the world respect America's might again (which keeps us safe BTW).
