the psychoneurological functioning of some sociopaths and most psychopaths is indeed remarkable. "simple" tests are easy to work out, therefore such testing must be arranged to catch those who might falsify results with 'smart' thinking. these are available and work (mostly) effectively to identify such aberrant mental states.
the key thing about these aberrant types is narcissism. to assess and determine such a subject requires playing their game against them.
not only forward thinking but inclusiveness of alternative considerations are needed.
those who are self-interested can't accept others' inputs and ideas/beliefs.
