I do not own a house in Perth because I cannot afford the repayments on a loan of $400,000 to buy a average house in Perth.
If a lot of people are like me then not enough houses will be built because people cannot afford to buy.
If houses cost $200,000 it would be a different story and a lot of people would be in the market for a home and more would be built.
If housing does crash then I will be a buyer.
