more often you see all shareholders take up the issue, the problem is the quality of the broker behind coppermoly who have a reputation for losing money on their IPOs!
Have a look at their website (for Novus Capital) and see how many of their IPOs over the last 3 years or more are in the money, it would be less than 10% from what I see.
Don't forget, before Novus, they were that little gem Axis Financial, don't even start me!
