Each to their own really. I’ve just worked in the industry and seen some lose 70% plus of their $2m+ super balances through over exposure to risky assets or shares. Retirement obviously ruined. Saw one ex stock broker lose 5m or so of his 6m net worth in all his entities. Quite depressing. So that’s why I say blue chips. Equally I generally hold 20% cash in the superfund.
Depends on your financial situation and strategy. We just use the superfund as another wealth prevention tool.
