Must be an idiot, obviously not a good stock picker. You obviously need to do lots of research, but there are many opportunities out there for those who are prepared to take risks. ALL is a good example, $2 during the GFC and $30 now, OMH 4 to 10c just two years ago $1.30 currently and now paying divis the same price as the stock price was.
Not every blue chip is a winner either, TLS is a blue chip, gone from $7 to $3. Remember many blue chips start out as penny dreadfuls.
