700 billion reasons to buy .... , page-3

maybe a silly question but has anyone seen any information as to how they are proposing raise the $700B, I mean are they going to issue Treasury Bonds or something like that and who will be buying them in that case) OR is really just going to be created literally out of thin air.

It the latter it really beggars belief that the $US can strenghen, absolutely totally bizarre.......
