Market confused by contrarian aspect - Victoria generating cash not WA?

(In WA this, which has currently become a Norm who usually 'departs', can't, due to borderline issues).

Might a current or immediately prospective off-taker of the Victorian product(s) 'contribute' to a speedier development of WA kaolin?

The board and Eileen have enough strategically placed contacts to expedite such a matter.

Happy to even accept some dilution in return for 'getting up to speed' as it were.
