No point arguing about a spec mining stock! No one has any idea who’s right or wrong.. But definitely some benefit in critical discussion.
By the way, can someone explain how Suvo keep stating the White Knight mine is “100% owned”, yet the E70/5039 tenement (containing majority of the resource) is owned by a private owner which they have to pay royalties to use the land?
100% of what exactly do they own? Is there a simple explanation that I’ve missed?
Who are the land owners and how much say will they have in land clearing, water access etc?
And all they’ve offered the private owners is $2 per tonne of all product sold as royalties. For a product they claim will get $850-3000/t. If I was the land owner, I’d be asking for much more or a buy out of the land upfront. With a significant price tag. Otherwise, I’d be selling it to someone else! If in fact the numbers projected are correct.
Could the actual owners (even though it’s 100% owned by Suvo???) be a hurdle?
