7000 DOW is not a question of "IF", it is a question of "WHEN". My bet is on this week or the next.
The G20 meeting will not do anything to improve the situation. They are as usless as the UN in its affairs. They will never get consensus on detail - they will all want their economies to be protected and, therefore, will have conflicting agendas. It's one thing to agree to regulate but it's another to have a uniformed approach pleasing all involved.
