thats right, there will be those who don't have a loose 15k behind the bookshelf and will need to sell stock in order to fund the 17% cheapies, to prevent further dilution, this alone could drop the price pretty close to discount levels without any overhang being dumped.
9.6c might be reasonable at least for a short term trade if the average remains 11.5c
