This is a good thing for State Gas. Not so much TEG, but oh well. TEG was an anchor and those shares needed to be in hands of someone invested in progressing GAS, not just sitting there waiting for a benefit.
TEG added zero value being on the register. St Baker will add value.
I'm happy about this outcome. It's a shame they didn't completely buyout TEG.
